One frustration note and wander how many others feel it. AS a manager especially instead of over commiting and or waiting to see if your going to get picked up why not just man up and say hey I don't want to string you along your not the team I want to be on. Thanks for asking though verse guys saying yah, yah I am there part of the squad and showing up on the team your playing against. Is that what we can expect these days from so called ASA Amatuer Softball Association.
Anyone else see this and get to wander where the ability to tell the truth and just flat out have roster problems becasue everyone thinks their so good they shouldn't have to pay? I think this is a new thing of the last 3 or 4 years old school players like myself just look at it like golf, movies, bowling etc... you want to play pay just like every other Tom dick and Harry. Don't even get me started on how much money is put out to never see it. What happened to just plain out wanting to be on a kick ass team. If 3 of the guys would have stuck around with the other 5 really solid guys I have that don't mind paying we could do some damage.
Kind of reminds me of the Jim Rome show on you tube videos on the Softball guy.
