			<description><![CDATA[ I can think of 3 different teams that won at least two games in that tourney that are local.  It&#39;s a point not worth discussing since the powers that be
will never do anything to enforce real divisions around here.  I think we would have a lot more players coming out for tournaments if they knew they were
playing people on the same talent level is the whole point though. ]]></description>

You may find this interesting reading.  The rules seem to state that the board around here doesn&#39;t know what the hell there doing.  I am all for NW teams
being competitive nationally, but we have teams classified completely wrong according to ASA guidelines.  It would be interesting to see how many more tourneys

this is just my opinion, but MainSt is far from a &quot;C&quot; team (especially nationally)  I think they would do ok in a &quot;D&quot; qualifier and that is
where they would belong.  Overall I was actually pretty impressed with how most of the teams at prairie being pretty even.  Again in my humble opinion I think
